
CAOH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting teens with life-threatening medical conditions and their caregivers. At our village, we provide financial and emotional assistance, as well as personalized self-care baskets, to help both teens and their caregivers during treatment and prolonged hospital stays. Our mission is to ease the burden and uplift the spirits of those facing these immense challenges.
Eugenia's love for helping others is more than a profession; it's a calling. Yet, Eugenia's story took an unexpected turn when she faced her own battle with IIH (Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension). In a twist of fate that would test even the strongest of spirits, Eugenia's resolve was further put to the test when her son was diagnosed with Leukemia at 16 years old. Through the darkest days, she stood unwavering, nursing not only herself but her beloved child back to health. Her strength and tenacity became a guiding light for her family, a beacon of hope in the face of adversity.
Armed with a deep-seated passion for helping others, Eugenia embarked on a path that led her to understanding and navigating the complexities of healthcare.
Eugenia's journey of self-healing started through a plant-based diet is a testament to the transformation power of lifestyle choices. This dietary shift not only saved her life but also gave her more time than expected with her son. Although her son succumbed to his 3rd battle with leukemia. Armed with a deep-seated passion for helping others, Eugenia embarked on a path that led her to understanding and navigating the complexities of healthcare.
Today, as the founder of our organization, Eugenia's life's work is dedicated to extending the same compassion, care, and support she bestowed upon herself and her son to those in need. Her story is an inspiration, a reminder that with unwavering determination and a heart full of compassion, one person can light up the lives of many.

Janiyah, a young woman whose journey embodies the essence of strength, determination, and boundless compassion. Graduating high school at the tender age of 16, Janiyah walked the stage hand in hand with her big brother, who was bravely battling cancer.
Currently a full time student at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, Janiyah is pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Business, leveraging her dedication prowess to further her entrepreneurial dreams. Her dedication to learning and business acumen are nothing short of inspiring.
Yet, Janiyah's story takes a turn even more remarkable. At the age of 17, she selflessly became a bone marrow donor for her big brother illustrating, her boundless love and determination to stand by her family through thick and thin.
Janiyah's journey is a beacon of hope and a testament to transformative power of resilience and compassion. Her story resonates deeply within the heart of our organization, reminding us all of the extraordinary impact one person can have when armed with determination, kindness, and a passion for making a difference. We are honored to have Janiyah as a co-founder, and we look forward to witnessing the incredible impact she will continue to make in the world of business and beyond.

Our services are designed to support both teens and caregivers who are facing challenging circumstances. Whether they are dealing with illness, grief, or other hardships, our care packages aim to provide comfort and encouragement.
